Tracking information may take some time to become available after shipment. The carrier may need to receive and scan the package before the first tracking event appears.

Tracking updates may pause while packages travel between carrier facilities, during international transit, customs processing, weekends, or holidays. This does not necessarily mean the package has stopped moving.

Please check your mailbox, porch, reception area, household members, neighbors where appropriate, and any safe location around the delivery address. You may also contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.
